To: Friends and Supporters of Junior Shaggers
The Ellen Taylor Foundation for Junior Shaggers is ready to start accepting and processing applications from you for juniors that need some type of assistance in order to attend Junior SOS in July.
We are sending this out to the ACSC Clubs, JSA Board, Association of Beach & Shag Club DJs, and the Shaggers Hall of Fame Foundation. We are asking you to identify juniors that need assistance to attend Junior SOS and to sponsor them by helping get their application filled out and turned in quickly.
We are not asking for money at this time. We just need your knowledge of local juniors and their specific needs and a little of your time to help us help them. Please take the time to complete the form and mail it to us.
We do not have much time, so it is important that you stop and consider this right away.
The attached application includes information about the types of assistance offered, the criteria to qualify for assistance and the application form. The applications we receive will remain confidential.
